Other than the 1993 French Heart-Shaped Box CD maxi single that came with a promo In Utero sticker, are there any other releases that were issued with stickers?

There is a South Korean CD edition for Nirvana (best of) that included stickers and a guitar pick.
Both Nevermind Longbox CD editions (red and yellow boxes) came with a iron on sticker.
The HSB was released 3 times with stickers.
Some UK SLTS 7” were released with a pin.
Some copies of Singles EU box set came with a patch.
CAYA 12” Spanish with poster, supposedly some CDsingles as well, but I never seen a copy.
Lithium 12” Spanish with t shirt.
Nevermind CD Malasya with T-shirt
Sliver CD Japan with poster
WTLO box set Japan with poster
Bleach LP US with poster
Bleach Aussie green LP with poster
OTG 7” with poster
Live at Reading box set combo with T-shirt
Fender Cd compilation with a guitar pick
All apologies UK CDsingle with info card
There is another edition that comes to my mind, but as I don’t have it yet, I will not advertise it here

I just got a copy of this: https://www.discogs.com/Nirvana-Heart-Shaped-Box/release/5363639
The matrix matches and it has the sticker, but it has a white sticker on the front of the case that says "Made in Germany".

I sold my RSD pressing of Hormoaning last year;
It had a sticker for the forthcoming Nevermind re-releases and for the re-release of when punk broke out.
