Promo Sticker on the jewel case or Booklet and "Promotional" printed on the disc. They also have unique matrix numbers ( "DJ" is added to the matrix - please, check info on sliver.it) It seems to me that the image is not correct. The disc doesn't have the word "Promotional" printed. This normally happens when the seller has a few copies of the same album and swaps the discs by mistake.
