Notes: There are three known color variations for the original flyer; light blue, light yellow and light pink. There is also a verified promoter copy on pink paper where part of the right-side text is slightly cut off. These copies may have been made from blowing up the handbills using a photocopier. The original flyers were professionally printed on some sort of printing press, and can be identified by rows of 45-degree lines of ink.
