some speculation...
if courtney had built a kurt museum and had all this stuff on display
it would’ve generated huge profits yearly and the guitar wouldve remained in the family
but nope
the “family” had it and yet somehow it was “gifted” to the son-in-law as a wedding gift
keep selling his stuff
typically the buyer is the only one with sense to put it on display so that others may enjoy seeing it
courtney and frances dont seem to grasp how massive that exhibit in ireland was to the fans
regardless of how kurt felt about being in a museum
c & f adore money
keep his stuff
create a museum
slap his likeness on anything you can imagine
that would generate far more revenue than what they didnt make off the martin
and
things would stay within the family
