If it's not authorized by anyone who has the authority to authorize it, it unauthorized. The broadcaster is given broadcast rights. It would be unheard of for a broadcaster to also be granted the right to release the recording of the broadcast. (Even MTV Unplugged performances are released through each artist's existing label.)"
as for finding best quality or most complete version, i suggest you try the livenirvana collectors union for that info.
