Well, I thought this was not an original release. I fact, all UK jukebox 7"s have the hole factory cut and not handmade like the one pictured.
So, Heart-shaped box 7" jukebox exits, but it is not the one in this picture.
I have found this one on eBay ages ago and I have created a page on discogs a few months back:
