I have been aware of this edition since 1999/2000 or so (long before the forum existed).
For being such an obscure release, I have only mentioned it to Enrico at the time.
Though, drugs are part of my daily life, I tend to disagree with you. Those comments are not mine.

The insert is just printed on normal paper. The tape itself has no labels.
Well, could be an office-made promo...

Cadena 100 is a radio in Spain.
Maybe they have made it for some kind of competition? Give away to promote the release of the album? Who knows?!
For me it seems official. The From The Muddy Banks... VHS Spanish promo has a similar background: Cadena 100 connetion, office-made look, etc.
Thanks for showing this to us. We know how difficult is to find things being an hoarder.
