Official In Utero Vinyl Picture Disc?

I didn’t think there was an official vinyl picture disc of In Utero, but what’s the deal with this official promo DGC item from 1993 where it specifically says “Limited Edition Vinyl Picture Disc Available”?

Probably a cancelled pressing? Or some confusion with the clear LP edition?

Im wondering if they intended to make it a picture disc and then changed it to the clear pressing. Seems more likely though that someone just made a mistake or misunderstood.
