As you all probably know, this type of promo has been released for several albums (In Utero, Mtv, From the Muddy...).
Promo Sticker on the jewel case or Booklet and "Promotional" printed on the disc.
They also have unique matrix numbers ( "DJ" is added to the matrix - please, check info on sliver.it)

It seems to me that the image is not correct. The disc doesn't have the word "Promotional" printed. This normally happens when the seller has a few copies of the same album and swaps the discs by mistake.
